Suada Lovic
Suada is Dr. Chai’s full time hygienist and has been Dr. Chai’s longest serving and trusted member on his team.  Having been at the office when Dr. Chai took over, she has been providing care for our patients for over 10 years now.   Always kind and courteous and in a great mood,  patients often request her by name, which is a testament to her skills and her dedication to patient comfort.    When she is not at work, Suada enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughters, her little dog Gwennie, and shopping! 

Antonella Vernola
Antonella is one of Dr. Chai’s Dental Assistants.  She started her career with Dr. Chai in 2005 and has grown into one of Dr. Chai’s most loyal and trusted team members.  Whether she is helping Dr. Chai or Suada, Antonella’s priority is patient comfort and getting  whatever tasks we throw at her done.   When she is not at work, Antonella can often be found around town with her kids not too far behind.

Andrea Chavigny
Hailing from a small town 30 minutes north of Timmins, Andrea has joined our office after working in a real estate office for the last few years.  With a focus on customer service, Andrea has quickly made the transition to our new receptionist.

Ashley White
(Dental hygienist/assistant).  Hailing from Nova Scotia, Ashley has joined our staff as our new hygienist.  With an extremely pleasant Eastern Canada demeaner we've come to expect from Nova Scotians, we were really excited to bring Ashley on board.  Having graduated top of her class in Hygiene and receiving an award for excellence which is voted on by her teachers and customers, we know you'll receive nothing but top service when you meet her.
 
Kristi McLeod
(Marketing assistant). Born and raised in Holland Landing, Kristi has joined our office as our new Marketing Assistant.  With a wealth of experience behind her, we are very excited to having her join our staff.

Alice Chai
Originally trained as a teacher, Alice worked for the Toronto District School Board and York Region for 5 years.   She joined Dr. Chai’s office in 2004 shortly after they were married, originally doing special assignments.  As she learned more and more about the dental business, and after spending 6 weeks of intensive office and Business management training, Alice became the Office Manager of Dr. Chai’s Dental Practice in late 2006.  Alice is currently on mat leave from the office and taking care of young Evan, but is in contact with Dawn and the office regularly.
