Bradford Family Dentistry Dental respects our customers’ privacy. We are proud of our information practices and want you to know how we use and protect the information you provide.
The Information We Collect and How We Use It
If you merely browse through this site or download information (e.g., product brochures or information from our Patient Information section), we collect certain non-personal information by automatic operation through our site’s Web servers such as the Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using and the date and time you access our site. This information does not identify you, and we do not match it to any personal information you may provide to us. We use this information to monitor the usage of our site and to make our site as useful as possible to all of our visitors.
We do not collect any identifying personal information from patients on this site. If you are a patient considering dental implants as an alternative to the more traditional dentures or bridges, visit our Patient Information section to find out more about whether dental implants may be right for you.
Online Registration Process
To register for online Continuing Education courses (ie. Summit 2002) you must register and create a customer account. When you do so we will collect your name, email address, telephone number, fax number and complete billing address. We use this information to process your registration and to manage your account. If you use our secure order form, we will also collect your credit card number and any additional information we may need to complete your registration.
Unless you indicate otherwise, Bradford Family Dentistry Dental may then use your email address to send you company news, product updates or information about special promotions through our eNewsletter.
Please refer to the Contact section for all contact information.
The security of the information you provide is very important to us. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect the information you transmit to us. You should know, however, that no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be entirely secure. Also, we are not responsible for matters outside of our direct control. Once we receive your information, we store it on our internal computers that are not linked to the Internet and work to ensure its security on our systems.
