I would first off, like to thank you for taking the time to arrange a visit to see us at Bradford Family Dentistry. My name is Dr. Jesse Chai – I am the senior dentist and President/Owner of this practice. Before you come in for your appointment, I would like to give you a little background of our office and the philosophy we stand by.
It has been my pleasure to serve the community of Bradford for over 9 years now and through doing so I have come up with one, straight-forward philosophy. That is to treat the person first, then the teeth and gums second. What that means is that I will always try to assess how things going on in your mouth are going to affect your overall health. At the end of the day, our goal is that our patients are healthier and have a better quality of life. We will all work together to achieve YOUR goals!
Along with my wealth of experience treating the residents of Bradford and surrounding areas, I utilize some of the best technology that dentistry has to offer. I am continually attending courses to make sure my staffs’ knowledge is top of the line, up to date and as efficient as possible. I also take great pride in constantly giving back to our community through supporting local charities and fundraisers.
It has been my pleasure to serve the community of Bradford all these years and have won 14 awards from the community during this time. In 2017, we won the Business Excellence Award which is “Granted to a business that has demonstrated outstanding characteristics in all areas such as performance, leadership, innovation, management, marketing and service.”. These awards have touched me greatly and I will continue to strive to improve the office to live up to these honours that were bestowed onto my practice and myself.
