Dr. Jesse Chai
Dr. Jesse Chai has been practicing dentistry since graduating from the University of Toronto Faculty of
Dentistry in 1998. With over 25 years of experience and thousands of hours of continuing education, he
offers a comprehensive range of dental services — from implants and cosmetic dentistry to orthodontics and root canals — all delivered with a deep commitment to doing what’s best for each patient.
Known for his straightforward approach, efficiency, and gentle care, Dr. Chai believes prevention is the foundation of long-term oral health. He takes pride in explaining treatments clearly and making sure
patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident about their care.
As the founder of Bradford Family Dentistry, Dr. Chai set out to create more than just a dental office —
he wanted to make every visit a fun, memorable experience. Inspired by his love of superheroes, Disney,
Star Wars, and collectibles, he designed what may be Ontario’s first pop culture-themed dental
practice, welcoming patients of all ages into a unique and engaging environment.
Originally from Mississauga, Dr. Chai now lives with his wife, Alice, and their two children. Outside the
office, he enjoys movies, comic cons, travel, LEGO, anime, and self-development. He’s visited every
continent except Antarctica — for now.
Suada, RDH - Dental Hygienist | Hygiene Team Lead
Suada is a trusted dental hygienist and Hygiene Team Lead at Bradford Family Dentistry, where she has been a valued team member since 1993. With over 33 years of experience, she has built a strong and loyal patient base through exceptional care, gentle technique, and personalized attention.
Renowned for her thorough cleanings and dedication to patient comfort and education, Suada blends clinical expertise with excellent communication skills to empower patients in maintaining optimal oral health. In her leadership role, Suada mentors fellow hygienists, promotes teamwork, and helps uphold the highest standards of care throughout the practice. Her warm, approachable manner and strong leadership contribute to the welcoming environment patients have come to trust. Deeply committed to long-term oral wellness and community health, Suada continues to pursue professional growth while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending quality time with her family.
Alex - Hygienist
Alex joined the Bradford Family Dentistry team in 2020 as a dental assistant and became a licensed dental hygienist in 2024.
She is dedicated to patient care, aiming to make every patient feel comfortable during their visit and confident about their oral health.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, relaxing at home and enjoying the outdoors together.
Brenna – Hygienist
Brenna has been a valued member of the Bradford Family Dentistry team since 2021.
As a dedicated dental hygienist, she is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health.
In addition to preventive care, Brenna plays a key role in supporting many of the orthodontic cases at the practice. She’s known for her positive energy, gentle touch, and for always making patients feel comfortable and cared for.
Carina – Hygienist
Carina joined Bradford Family Dentistry in 2023 as a sterilization tech while in dental hygiene
school.
In 2025, she returned to the office as a registered dental hygienist.
She’s committed to providing gentle, thorough care and creating a positive experience for every patient. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, staying active at the gym, and spending quality time with her
boyfriend and family.
Bethany – Certified Dental Assistant (Level II)
Hi! My name is Bethany, and I’m a CDA (Level II) with a deep passion for patient care and oral health.
What I love most about being a dental assistant is making real connections with patients, helping to ease their anxieties, and support them through each step of their dental journey.
Whether I’m assisting during procedures or helping educate patients on oral hygiene, I always strive to bring kindness, professionalism, calm and welcoming energy to the clinic. Outside of work, I enjoy spending any free time with family, friends and staying active with my dogs in nature.
Niloofar – Certified Dental Assistant (Level II)
Niloofar Khataei is a certified Level II Dental Assistant who joined the team in 2022 after
graduating from Georgian College.
She works closely with Dr. Chai to assist with a wide range of dental procedures, ensures treatment rooms are prepared and instrumemts are sterile, she provides patients with thoughtful, compassionate care. Niloofar is dedicated to creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for every patient she sees.
Outside of work, she enjoys riding her motorcycle, spending time in nature, reading, and making
memories with her family and their dog, Satoshi.
Lauren – Administrative Manager
Lauren is a well-versed dental professional who's built a dynamic 20-year career in oral healthcare and
practice management. She launched her journey in 2005 by completing a dental assisting program and
quickly grew into a multifaceted role—combining clinical support (sterilizing instruments, taking X-rays,
chair-side care) with administrative and front-office duties like appointment scheduling, billing, patient
communication, and record-keeping. As her expertise deepened, Lauren assumed leadership positions
overseeing daily operations, and ensuring a smooth, patient-focused experience throughout the
practice.
Outside the office, Lauren is a family-centric and creative spirit. She loves decorating and shopping and
takes joy in brightening people’s days—whether by designing a warm, welcoming space or simply making someone smile. Her dedication to service and community shines through both professionally and personally, as she continues to blend her administrative acumen with a genuine passion for helping
others.
Jennifer - Clinical Manager
Jennifer is the Clinical Manager at Bradford Family Dentistry, where she has been a dedicated team member since 2013. With over 20 years of experience as a certified Level II Dental assistant Jennifer brings a deep understanding of clinical care, patient relations, office administration and hands-on clinical expertise to her role.
Jennifer oversees the daily operations of the clinical team; co-ordinating with dentists, dental assistants and dental hygienists to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Her experience and versatility allow her to support the clinic in all areas, from patient care and scheduling to compliance and team coordination. Jennifer is known for her attention to detail, organizational skills, and compassionate leadership, fostering a positive environment for both patients and staff.
Outside the office she enjoys road trips, exploring nature and spending time with her husband and family.
Jessica - Patient Care Coordinator
Jessica was born into the dental world; her father and grandfather were both dentists in Montreal. A dedication to help others is a trait she learned from a young child. Growing up in a household where the importance of kindness, care, and compassion was emphasized, she developed a deep sense of empathy and a passion for making people smile.
Before coming back to the dental world, she worked as a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) and as a Daycare Supervisor for 25 years. These roles allowed her to nurture young minds, guide children in their early development, and offer a safe, caring environment where they could thrive. Her time spent in daycare settings taught her invaluable lessons in patience, understanding, and the joy of watching others grow.
Jessica has a deep love of the colour pink. It’s not just a color but, represents her vibrant personality. She enjoys baking for her three children and spending quality time with family.
Tina - Dental Office Administrator
Tina is an experienced and organized Dental Office Administrator. She’s known for her attention to
detail, commitment and maintaining a smooth office environment while keeping it spotless. Tina
has a strong belief in kindness, professionalism and teamwork.
She creates a welcoming environment for every patient that walks through the door.
Outside of the office Tina loves spending time with her 3 children and finding joy in cooking and
baking homemade meals for her loved ones.
She believes that the same care and attention she gives to her home should be reflected in her work. Her ability to balance structure with warmth carries through both her professional and personal life.
